Savanna has been making hand-cut biltong in the UK for almost five years now. We only make biltong for our own shops, so you won't find our biltong in other retail outlets. It’s a premium quality biltong product: medium wet, low fat and tender, dried for 3 days to get consistent results. Too many biltong producers get poor results by using cheap meat or cutting corners in the biltong production process. We use the same beef as you'd typically use for a roast joint.
