All our M-EAT! biltong comes from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef cattle - we use premium silversides, sourced in the stunning Cairngorm mountains, matured on the bone for extra flavour. Our butchers hand cut the meat and always remove the sinew (the tough layer of skin that makes biltong chewy) which is then spiced and slow dried for four days to produce medium-wet, tender tasty biltong. And with our new M-EAT! re-sealable packaging, you can keep it fresh for longer
