Droewors / Drywors
Our new M-EAT! droewors (drywors) is another top seller from Savanna's butchers. We follow a similar process as with our boerewors production: quality ingredients (extra lean beef) mixed with authentic spices. Nothing more. We always use natural casings and slow dry our meat for at least 3 days. That way, it tastes great every time. Our beef drywors comes in 4 flavours (original, peri-peri, garlic and chilli chutney). We also offer a leaner alternative - springbok - for those that like the taste of game.
