Domaine Des Dieux Chardonnay, 2009 information
Heaven meets Earth on Babylon's Peak, the spectacular Walker Bay Vineyards nestled in the mountain folds cradling a cultivar matched to the dictates of the climate and soils. The close proximity to the ocean serves as a cooling influence on this Chardonnay, which is hand harvested from low yielding vines and fermented in small French oak barrels. Waiting patiently in each bottle is a delicately fragranced nose with a crisp flinted follow through.
