We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms
200g beef per 100g finished product biltong, black pepper, salt, coriander, cider vinegar, garlic flavouring
Preservatives: E202 (potassium sorbate - inhibits the growth of mould), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness)
