We use the finest ingredients. Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt), slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong. Without compromise.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.

BBQ BEEF BILTONG
This was my first order with Savanna after it having been recommended by a friend, biltong had great flavour but, there was no actual "strips" of biltong, just very small pieces (we call smush) where very small pieces were gathered up between the fingers for consumption, taste was good though. I`m putting yes on the "recommend this product" hoping mine was a error in packaging.
Great product, but ordering stressful.
Great taste, but only 250g arrived. I got the rest after I complained giving evidence by phone. A significant of orders are not accurately fulfilled so I prefer to go to your shops at London Bridge/Victoria to take the stress out of the process.
