We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.

Despite emailing you twice, I have still not received this order, even though it has been paid for. It has been three weeks now
You DID NOT fulfill my order as it has not been received!!!! and I am still owed £39.97.
I have been in contact and you are not responding even though you originally agreed via an Instagram message that I shouldn't pick up a parcel with meat 5 days later and then also agreed to dispatch a replacement order. This was not done.
You then said you would only refund the fresh produce in the parcel and I should go and pick up the parcel now over 14 days old with rotting meat to retrieve my dry goods. I do not know where parcel is as I did not have a delivery and have no calling card. Again, you said you would investigate this, no response from you.
I have spoken to Citizens Advice Bureau and forward all details onto Trading Standards to investigate your refund policy further as clearly this is a complete scam.
It was delicious.... and a good amount of Biltong would definitely order more
