Remember our biltong always uses premium grass fed beef from the Scottish Highlands - that's something we won't compromise on, and we will never use MSG in our products either. You can store biltong for up to six months but remember to refrigerate once open.
Chilli-Chutney flavour uses base spices of ground coriander seeds, salt and pepper mixed with worcester sauce and malt vinegar, with added chilli chutney for that awesome sweet and spicy taste. Great Taste Award 2017. Made in Wimbledon.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process. We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.
Ingredients: 100% Beef , vinegar (from barley), Worcester sauce (from barely), Worcester sauce (from barley), traditional spices, course salt and black pepper, sucrose, preservative (Potassium Sorbate), chilli chutney (sugar, water, vinegar, peaches, apricots, salt, sulphur dioxide), natural flavourings, chilli, syrup. For allergens including cereals including gluten see ingredients in bold.
Ordering is easy, biltong is great. Postage and package time only possible negatives but still 5 star.
Sliced and ready to munch! Beautiful quality and flavour. Don’t be put off by the word chilli because it is just a spicy tang. Not hot at all.
Really moist, a nice bite to it without being too hot.

The flavour is so rich it means you don't need huge amounts to be satisfied and the biltong lasts even longer. It's a great level of heat if you don't like to be blown away by spice. It tastes really authentic too, which you don't get at supermarkets. Already thinking of people I want to buy this for as a gift, really loved it!
Having been in the UK for near on 20 years there is but one place we always get our biltong from and that will always be Savanna. End of! The regular and chilli chutney being our favourites.
