Please note that our warehouse is closed over weekends. If you contact us after 4pm on Friday, we will respond on Monday the following week.

We are working hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders marked as “awaiting fulfilment” are being processed by our dispatch team and will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.

Fresh Orders

If you place an order containing “Fresh” products (e.g., boerewors, steaks, etc.), we process the order at our butchery to ensure maximum freshness. Fresh products are delivered Monday to Saturday.

Our fresh products are packed with specially designed ice packs and bubble wrap to ensure they remain fresh during delivery. Please understand that we make every effort to deliver fresh products in optimal condition.

Fresh orders are treated differently from regular non-perishable orders and may take longer to process due to factors such as availability.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
If an order containing fresh meat (boerewors, steaks, etc.) is placed after 12pm on Thursday, it will be processed and dispatched the following week.

Delivery Information

All deliveries are shipped with DHL using a 24-hour delivery service (unless otherwise specified). You should receive your parcel within 24–48 hours after it has been dispatched, not 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

Working delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

Parcels are usually delivered between 8am and 6pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. Customers will receive a tracking number and can track their parcel once it has been collected from our warehouse.

All orders placed on our website must be signed for by someone over the age of 18 at the specified delivery address. If no one is available, the parcel will be returned to the DHL depot. Please only place an order if you (or a friend or family member) will be available to sign for it.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. You will then receive a message (text or email) from DHL. If you have any delivery-related queries, please contact DHL directly.

We, together with DHL, are doing our best to ensure your parcel arrives on time.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. During busy periods or holidays (including bank holiday weekends), please order early and well in advance. Please also note that we experience a high volume of orders daily, and special arrangements are not always possible.

Although product availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products, or to cancel any order.
