Please allow for at least 48 hours for a response to your email inquiry.
Please understand that we are working hard to process and ship your orders as soon as they are received.
Orders "awaiting fulfillment" are being processed by our dispatch team and will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.
Orders are processed and dispatched between Monday - Thursday. (At the moment we do not offer weekend delivery). PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If an order is placed after 10am on a Thursday it will be processed and dispatched the following week.
Please be aware "Next day delivery" is from when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
All of our deliveries are shipped with DHL next day delivery service. (unless otherwise specified). Parcels are usually delivered between 8 am - 6 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time.
All orders placed on our website need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 at the specified delivery address. If no one is at home, the parcel will be sent back to the DHL dispatch warehouse. Please only place an order if you (or a friend/family member) are going to be available to sign for the parcel.
Once a parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been "Fulfilled" and "Dispatched". You will then receive a message (Text or Email) from DHL. If you have queries regarding your delivery please contact DHL.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday and busy time of year orders (This includes bank holiday weekends) Please order early and well in advance. Please also be aware that we experience a high volume of orders daily and special arrangements are not always possible.
If you place an order for "Fresh" products. ie; Boerewors, steaks & Chickens we place an order with our butchery to get the product as fresh as possible. Our fresh products are delivered Monday - Thursday. Our fresh products are packed with specially designed ice packs and bubble wrap to ensure they remain fresh until they are delivered to your door. Please understand that we make every effort to get fresh to you as fresh as possible. Fresh orders are treated differently to regular non-perishable orders and may take longer to process due to factors like availability.
Please understand that extra care is always taken by our team when packing your orders. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with something in your order, please reach out to us via email and we will be in touch.
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
