Orders "awaiting fulfilment" are being processed by our dispatch team and will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.
If you place an order for "Fresh" products. ie; Boerewors, steaks etc, we process the order at our butchery to get the product as fresh as possible. Our fresh products are delivered Monday - Saturday. Our fresh products are packed with specially designed ice packs and bubble wrap to ensure they remain fresh until they are delivered to your door. Please understand that we make every effort to get fresh to you as fresh as possible. Fresh orders are treated differently to regular non-perishable orders and may take longer to process due to factors like availability.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If an order containing fresh meat (boerewors, steaks etc.) is placed after 1pm on a Friday it will be processed and dispatched the following week.
All of our deliveries are shipped with DHL on a 48 hours delivery service (unless otherwise specified). You should receive your parcel within 24 - 48 hours after the parcel has been dispatched and not 48 hours from when the order is placed. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday
Parcels are usually delivered between 8 am - 6 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time. The customer will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the parcel once the courier company collects the parcel from our warehouse.
All orders placed on our website need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 at the specified delivery address. If no one is at home, the parcel will be sent back to the DHL depot. Please only place an order if you (or a friend/family member) are going to be available to sign for the parcel.
Once a parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been "Fulfilled" and "Dispatched". You will then receive a message (Text or Email) from DHL. If you have queries regarding your delivery please contact DHL.

We, together with DHL are trying hard to get your parcel to you on time.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday and busy times of the year (this includes bank holiday weekends), please order early and well in advance. Please also be aware that we experience a high volume of orders daily and special arrangements are not always possible.
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
