The biltong and droe wors was well packaged and tasted great.this the trial run and was happy with the service I received.
To start with it took to long to get to us, blaming postcode and courier yet courier is right behind out place of residence and we have never had a problem in the past, ever. The Biltong and wors extremely salty and has clear patches of oil, almost as if oil had been drizzled over the wors in particular.

Just that the biltong was very salty. I like salt but this was overly so. Of course I still ate it 😅

Absolutely great products. Always have a great taste. I would like some fresher products such as milk tart,peppermint tart or koeksisters. The only really bad compalint I have is the delivery takes ages. You can wait up to 5 days which is quite a long time in comparison to some other companies. I have a few friends that order and they say the same but we all agree the best biltong in the u.k at the moment. I have stopped with just about all of the s.a shops and savana is the best biltong.
On the whole I love all the products I get and am a bit upset when things are out of stock.
You forgot to send me my order and I had to contact you to beg for my order. It didn't arrive on time for the family braai, I was not impressed
Such amazing staff and products are fresh and well packed. Deliveries are quick and should there be any problem it’s rotted immediately. Savannah is tops.
