We always use premium grass fed beef from the Scottish Highlands - that's something we won't compromise on, and we will never use MSG in our products either. You can store biltong for up to six months but remember to refrigerate once opened.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.

Good but fatty and too many e's
Very salty , tasty . Way to much fat I the biltong need a lean option and less e numbers would be better .
