Slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms
Ingredients
200g beef per 100g finished product biltong, black pepper, salt, coriander, malt vinegar, gluten, Worcestershire sauce (which contains anchovies (FISH))
Preservatives: E202 (potassium sorbate - inhibits the growth of mould), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness)
