We follow a similar process and philosophy as with our boerewors production: quality ingredients (90% premium grade meat) mixed with authentic spices imported from South Africa. Nothing more - no bulking up.

Great tasting droewors! I see some people prefer it drier. I think that’s spoilt! Regularly popping into to the Canary Wharf shop to get a Friday treat. Along with a bag of mrs balls chutney crisps. I look forward to the end of the week.

This is my second order so I will drop a review. I thought my first was a bad batch but turns out the droewors are always soft/little wet and slightly sweet. The latter could be due to my taste buds. I will have to dry them again as they are not dry like other brands. However, the biltong package is good quality and tasty.
