We ship most parcels with DHL using next-day delivery, a trusted service that ensures your order arrives quickly and reliably. On rare occasions, we may ship with FedEx to maintain the same high standard of service.

Every order is packed with exceptional care and sealed securely to protect the contents during transit. Our meat products are packed with gel ice packs, keeping them safely chilled for up to three days out of refrigeration so they arrive in perfect condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from the courier. You can follow your delivery in real time, receive updates on arrival, and contact DHL or FedEx directly if you have any questions.
