I am very disappointed with the condition of the order I have just received. The boerie bonanza trio and sticky maple pork ribs arrived only lukewarm, which is completely unacceptable for perishable goods. The dry ice packs were not even frozen on arrival. In addition, there were not enough ice packs included to keep the order properly chilled, even if they had been frozen.
