A bold cracked black pepper biltong made with premium grass-fed beef for a rich, savoury bite with a clean, peppery finish.
Why You’ll Love It
This flavour keeps the traditional biltong base of coriander, salt, and vinegar, then turns up the intensity with cracked black pepper for a deeper, more aromatic kick. It’s made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ and slow dried for four days to deliver that balanced, medium wet texture without compromise.
Ingredients
100% Beef, cracked black pepper, salt, coriander, cider vinegar, preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)), ascorbic acid.
Allergens
Contains barley (gluten) and fish (anchovies).
Storage
Store in a cool dry place and consume within three months from the packing date.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoy as a high protein snack, or slice into salads, wraps, and grazing boards for extra savoury depth.

Truly delightful. Genuine taste of Southern Africa.
The biltong was really tasty, but I just found it to be very greasy
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the taste of our biltong.
As a note, traditional South African biltong can be a little greasy due to the presence of fat, which is part of its authentic flavour and texture. If you prefer a leaner cut, you might like to try our sister brand, M-eat, which offers leaner biltong options: https://m-eat.co.uk/
We hope this helps, and thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
Kind regards,
The Savanna Team
Authentic and tasty like being back in Zim
Very nice flavour on it,nice and tender still but with a good amount of chewy texture. Will definitely be buying again
