We use the finest ingredients. Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt), slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong. Without compromise.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.

This is the best Biltong Ever. Having lived in South Africa for over 35 years, best Biltong I have ever had. Cannot recommend enough. Just right amount of spice full of flavour. It just doesn't last in our house
