Slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms
200g beef per 100g finished product biltong, black pepper, salt, coriander, malt vinegar, gluten, Worcestershire sauce (which contains anchovies (FISH))
Preservatives: E202 (potassium sorbate - inhibits the growth of mould), ascorbic acid (preserves freshness)

smelly slimy meat !! biltong is dried beef !! not butchers block smell ?? i brought .5kg threw it away because of slimy smell and white fat when i complained you asked me to post .5 kg from isle of wight lol
It was nice and chewy with a very good flavour and very filling so a little goes a long way.

Howzit. Biltong ok. Wors, ok I guess. Maybe more coriander? Dunno. But delivery! No man. Ur site doesn’t give delivery time eta. Not even appx. So u place order in good faith with no info when the lekka will arrive. I placed an order on the Thursday morning before 9am for the few days of Braai weather recently. The product arrived AFTER the Braai at about 5pm the Saturday. U chinas need to add eta when placing order BEFORE payment. Until u add that I’ll be getting my wors and billies elsewhere tjoms Later bru
