We follow a similar process and philosophy as with our boerewors production: quality ingredients (90% premium grade meat) mixed with authentic spices imported from South Africa. Nothing more - no bulking up.
Ingredients:
Lean beef, vinegar (from barley), drywors seasoning, salt, spices, sucrose, yeast extract, preservatives, spice extracts, sugar. For allergens including cereal containing gluten see ingredients in bold.
