We follow a similar process and philosophy as with our boerewors production: quality ingredients (90% premium grade meat) mixed with authentic spices imported from South Africa. Nothing more - no bulking up.
Ingredients:
Lean beef, vinegar (from barley), drywors seasoning, salt, spices, sucrose, yeast extract, preservatives, spice extracts, sugar, paprika, chilli powder. For allergens including cereals containing gluten see ingredients in bold.

Good stuff
I bought dry wors, chilli bites and biltong - they were all delicious and did not last very long. I will certainly purchase them again
