Great biltong
Prompt delivery. Great quality biltong. Just atimes they are not always sticks and are like little chunks of biltong. But overall satisfied.

More than 66% fat
The chilli bites I received were more than 66% fat. I ended up trimming each bit before I ate it. When I realised just how much fat there was, I weighed one sample. There was 17g of meat and 33g of fat! Even then there was more fat than there should have been in a chilli bite.
