Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt).
Slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.
Beef 200g per 100g: Malt Vinegar (barley, gluten), black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce (includes Anchovies), Coriander, Preservative E202: Potassium Sorbate. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
Very good product and service. I usually buy from the store, but couldn't get there so bought online instead. P&P a bit steep, so would only do as an occasional treat.

Great Biltong, reminds me of home and sunshine. Well worth buying.
The only complaint is that it didn’t last long enough as I couldn’t stop popping to the fridge for just one more piece. Delicious.
