Premium grass-fed, Aberdeen Angus silversides seasoned with a blend of traditional spices (coriander, black pepper and course salt).
Slow dried for four days to create excellent medium wet biltong.
We follow a 400 year old traditional South African process and everything is made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ so we have full control over our manufacturing process.
We use only grass-fed beef that is reared, fully traceable prime cattle from certified and assured UK farms.
Beef 200g per 100g: Malt Vinegar (barley, gluten), black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce (includes Anchovies), Coriander, Preservative E202: Potassium Sorbate. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
