Ingredients
Beef, malt vinegar (from barley), spice mix (flavouring (salt, maize, colourants (E150c), hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit), sugar, anti caking agents (E551, E341), flavour enhancers (E631, E627), acids (E330), capsicum extract and flavourings), spices (coriander, black pepper), salt, sucrose, preservative (sodium sulphite (E221)), Worcester sauce (malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, onions, garlic spice, flavourings).
Allergens
Contains barley (gluten), fish, sulphites.
Storage
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.

really great. good sized chunks, not too big. thoroughly enjoyed all of it.
Too oily too much fat and a stale smell. Not great.

For my son who enjoyed this biltong and it is now all gone. He see in England but had to return to USA so he had to enjoy it fast, thank you
I was very pleased with the taste of the biltong and dry wors. The bolting could have been cut a little thinner as some was a bit harder to chew. The taste was fantastic though.
Amazing, just like the original from home.
