We make it from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus silverside, sourced from certified UK farms for superior quality and traceability. Using a 400-year-old South African method, each batch is carefully prepared to achieve medium-wet tenderness and full-bodied flavour. The result is real biltong: flavourful, protein-rich, and masterfully balanced.
Made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ, our process gives us full control over flavour, consistency, and texture, so every slice lives up to our promise of craftsmanship without compromise.
