100% beef, vinegar (from barley), Worcester sauce (from barley), traditional spices, coarse salt and black pepper, sucrose, preservative (potassium sorbate), chilli chutney (sugar, water, vinegar, peaches, apricots, salt, sulphur dioxide), natural flavourings, chilli, syrup.

Contains barley (gluten) and sulphur dioxide (sulphites).
Storage
You can store biltong for up to six months, refrigerate once opened.
