This biltong is crafted in house at our Wimbledon HQ using premium grass fed beef, and it is made without MSG for a punchier, cleaner bite. It follows a traditional process and is slow dried for a satisfying texture, with peri peri heat balanced by coriander and black pepper.

Ingredients

100% Beef (200g per 100g), malt vinegar (barley, gluten, anchovies), black pepper, coriander, chilli, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate). 

Allergens

Contains barley (gluten) and fish (anchovies).

Storage

You can store biltong for up to six months, refrigerate once opened.
