Beef, salt, spices (irradiated) (coriander (coriandrum sativum), black pepper (piper nigrum)), preservative (sodium sulphite (E221)), yield max 1.4% SO2, spice extracts (coriander), vinegar (barley), sugar, nutmeg (myristica fragrans), cumin (cuminum cyminum).
