We make it from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus silverside, sourced from certified UK farms for superior quality and traceability. Using a 400-year-old South African method, each batch is carefully prepared to achieve medium-wet tenderness and full-bodied flavour. The result is real biltong: flavourful, protein-rich, and masterfully balanced.
Made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ, our process gives us full control over flavour, consistency, and texture, so every slice lives up to our promise of craftsmanship without compromise.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoy as a protein-packed snack straight from the pack, pair it with a cold craft beer or smoky bourbon, or add slices to a charcuterie board for an elevated meaty finish.
Ingredients
Beef (made with 200 g beef per 100 g finished product), malt vinegar (from barley, contains gluten), black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce (contains anchovies), coriander, preservative (E202), potassium sorbate.
Allergens
Contains barley, gluten, and fish (anchovies).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Despite emailing you twice, I have still not received this order, even though it has been paid for. It has been three weeks now
You DID NOT fulfill my order as it has not been received!!!! and I am still owed £39.97.
I have been in contact and you are not responding even though you originally agreed via an Instagram message that I shouldn't pick up a parcel with meat 5 days later and then also agreed to dispatch a replacement order. This was not done.
You then said you would only refund the fresh produce in the parcel and I should go and pick up the parcel now over 14 days old with rotting meat to retrieve my dry goods. I do not know where parcel is as I did not have a delivery and have no calling card. Again, you said you would investigate this, no response from you.
I have spoken to Citizens Advice Bureau and forward all details onto Trading Standards to investigate your refund policy further as clearly this is a complete scam.
It was delicious.... and a good amount of Biltong would definitely order more
