Ingredients
Beef, malt vinegar (from barley), spice mix (flavouring (salt, maize, colourants (E150c), hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit), sugar, anti caking agents (E551, E341), flavour enhancers (E631, E627), acids (E330), capsicum extract and flavourings), spices (coriander, black pepper), salt, sucrose, preservative (sodium sulphite (E221)), Worcester sauce (malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, onions, garlic spice, flavourings).

Contains barley (gluten), fish, sulphites.
Storage
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.

Super biltong as always: would just appreciate if there was less fat on the slices 😀
Brilliant taste and lovely texture
We enjoyed the traditional biltong slices very much. I took some pieces & left them to dry & crushed them for scones. We are not keen on the garlic.
I love the taste but for me personally. I’m not fond of the fatty bits.
Meat product arrived late and was not fit for consumption. No reply to mails sent to customer service and media manager. Asked for refund.
