This biltong is crafted in house at our Wimbledon HQ using premium grass fed beef, and it is made without MSG for a punchier, cleaner bite. It follows a traditional process and is slow dried for a satisfying texture, with peri peri heat balanced by coriander and black pepper.
Ingredients
100% Beef (200g per 100g), malt vinegar (barley, gluten, anchovies), black pepper, coriander, chilli, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate).
Allergens
Contains barley (gluten) and fish (anchovies).
Storage
You can store biltong for up to six months, refrigerate once opened.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoy straight from the pack as a high protein snack, or add to grazing boards for a spicy, savoury hit.

Delicious… salivating thinking about it. Had to part ways with my much loved chilli sticks as my teeth aged. Being able to enjoy these tender perfectly spiced pieces gives my heart happiness. Excellent quality! There was ample in the bag this meant I could share, (a little), I didn’t hold protectively, growling at the approaching hand near the packet.
Loved it however I was a little bit disappointed at the amount of fat but it was really nice.
Very good Would have liked a little more fat but tastes excellent. Thank you
