Made in-house at our Wimbledon HQ using premium grass fed beef, it follows a traditional process and is built for clean flavour without MSG.
Ingredients
100% beef, vinegar (barley), Worcester sauce (barley, anchovies), traditional spices, course salt and black pepper, sucrose, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate).
Allergens
Contains barley (gluten) and fish (anchovies).
Storage
You can store biltong for up to six months, refrigerate once open.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoy as a high protein snack, or add to grazing boards, wraps, and salads for an extra savoury edge.
