I am so disappointed in your service. Totally disappointed!!i made an oder on the 26th of June and it was delivered on the first of July around 22:00. Yo are aware that this ofer required a cold chain and the meat,borewors and the ribs came in a bad condition, melted and rotten.
I do need my refund or re send a fresh package. I am willing and ready to send this back to you so that you can see how your delay contributed and failed to maintain the cold chain.
This is so awful and i am not happy about this.
I expect yor response within 24 hours with a better solution. Eiher you ship a new package or you refund my money back.
