Excellent wors, I ordered 2kg as i made droe wors and as i was t making my own wors i opted for the beef ossewa wors. I was not disappointed it came out great and tasted fantastic.
I like this. I gave a section a quick cook in the oven (no BBQ) just to get a taste of it. Next time I order, I'll use it in a braise with potatoes, Spanish style. I can imagine that working.

As someone who follows a Torah, I appreciate the availability of good-quality options in the UK. However, It would be great to have options with thicker casings that are still pork-free for my family and me. We will definitely be buying again!
