Pitch Black reveals all the dark, ripe fruit of classic barrel-aged Stellenbosch Bordeaux, combined with a delightfully progressive component of whole-bunch, tank-fermented Cinsault. The Cinsault adds a layer of clean, bright, juicy berry fruit.
